Admissions Policy
Our office is open Monday - Friday*: 8am - 7pm, *Thursday: 8am - 8pm, and Saturday 8am - 1pm.
We schedule routine appointments during these times and can also arrange for early morning drop offs as well as house calls. Many of our services are best provided when your pet is left with us for the day. Often this works well in accommodating your busy schedule.
Emergencies, during office hours, will receive special attention. For emergencies after hours please call for special instructions.
Our fees are structured to provide the most progressive veterinary services possible. We strive to maintain reasonable fees and provide estimates when requested.

Pre-surgical Policy
For dogs and cats - No food after 10pm the night before surgery. Water is okay. Rabbits and other small mammals do not need to be fasted prior to surgery. Please feel free to contact the hospital with any specific questions.

Payment Options
Payment is due upon completion of services. For inpatient treatment we ask for a 50% deposit at the time your pet is left for services. You will always receive an estimate for the services that will be provided. The balance is expected when your pet is discharged from the hospital. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Traveler's checks. |
